Job Title:           Field Service Technician

Location:           George West

Reports to:        Area Manager

Position Overview:

Field service technicians will be responsible for maintenance and operation of frac valves, test pumps, chart recorders, grease pumps, grease manifolds, accumulators and rigging up frac trees along with rigging down of frac trees.

Functional Requirements:

  • Have one-year experience in the oilfield industry.
  • Attend Safety meetings and fill out Job Safety Analysis prior to engaging to any operations.
  • Travel to and from location is required so a valid drivers license is a must.
  • Rigging up, maintain, greasing, operating of frac valves along with rigging down is required.
  • Maintaining, operating grease pumps and manifolds is required.
  • Maintaining, operating accumulators is required.
  • Mechanical skills and troubleshooting is necessary to perform operations.
  • Filling out daily Field Service Orders (FSO’s) for billing is required.

 

Educational Background:

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
